These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Constellation Concerts text messaging program (the "Program") and are part of, and incorporate, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
When you opt in, we may send recurring text (SMS/MMS) messages related to events, ticketing, offers, promotions, reminders, and updates from Constellation Concerts.
You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, by submitting a form, checking a consent box, or texting a keyword to us). Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages based on your interactions with us and upcoming events.
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by, and depend on, your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive marketing texts. You may continue to receive transactional messages related to an active order or your attendance where permitted. To rejoin, opt in again.

Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile opt-in information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Message content may be processed by our messaging service provider solely to deliver the Program.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated date. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
