Code of Conduct & Venue Policies

Expected Conduct

All guests are expected to:

• Treat other guests, artists, staff, and venue personnel with respect
• Follow the instructions of staff and security at all times
• Comply with all venue, health, safety, and capacity rules
• Occupy only their assigned seat and relocate if asked
• Keep aisles, exits, and walkways clear

Prohibited Conduct

The following are not permitted and may result in removal without refund:

• Harassing, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, or violent behavior
• Intoxication or being under the influence to the point of disruption or risk
• Disorderly conduct, fighting, or interfering with the event or other guests' enjoyment
• Touching, obstructing, or interfering with laser, lighting, projection, or other technical equipment
• Unauthorized access to restricted, backstage, or staff-only areas
• Unauthorized selling, promotion, solicitation, or distribution of materials
• Any illegal activity

Prohibited Items

Prohibited items may include, and are not limited to:

• Weapons of any kind, including firearms and knives
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or coolers (except approved medical or dietary needs)
• Professional cameras, recording, or broadcasting equipment, drones, and tripods
• Laser pointers, flares, fireworks, or other dangerous or disruptive items
• Any item prohibited by the specific venue

Specific venue rules and bag policies may vary and take precedence where more restrictive. Please review the venue's policies before you arrive.

Bag Checks & Searches

As a condition of entry, you and your belongings may be subject to search or screening by staff or security. Refusal to consent to a reasonable search may result in denial of entry without refund.

Age & Identification

Some events may have age restrictions or require valid identification. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts our Terms of Use on their behalf. We may deny entry to, or remove, any person who cannot verify age or identity where required.

Photography & Recording

Unauthorized professional recording, photography, or broadcasting of any performance is prohibited. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and to our use of your image as described in our Terms of Use.

Health & Safety

Our events are immersive and include lasers, strobes, flashing lights, haze, darkness, and loud sound. Please review our Health & Safety notice and follow all safety instructions. Comply with any health or safety requirements in effect for a given event.

Re-Entry

Re-entry may not be permitted once you leave the venue, except where expressly allowed for a specific event.

Consequences of Violations

Violation of this Code may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without a refund, and may result in a ban from future events. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. You remain responsible for the conduct of any guest or minor for whom you purchased or provided a ticket.
