Accessibility Statement

Constellation Concerts · Last Updated: January 1, 2025

Constellation Concerts is committed to providing a welcoming experience for all guests, including people with disabilities, and to making our website and events accessible. We are continually working to improve accessibility across our digital and in-person experiences.

Our Website

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard for making web content more accessible. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we regularly review and improve our site. Because portions of our site may rely on third-party services and content that we do not fully control, we cannot guarantee that every page or feature is fully accessible at all times.

At Our Events

Accessibility features vary by venue. Our events take place at third-party venues, and specific accommodations — such as accessible seating, entrances, restrooms, and parking — are provided by and subject to the policies of each venue. We encourage guests who need accommodations to contact us in advance of an event so we can coordinate with the venue and do our best to assist.

Please note that our events are immersive and may include:

  • Extended periods of darkness and low visibility
  • Lasers, strobes, flashing lights, haze, and loud sound
  • Movement through dim spaces and crowds

If you have a condition that may be affected by these elements, please review our Health & Safety notice before attending.

Requesting Accommodations

If you need an accommodation, or have accessibility questions about an upcoming event, please reach out as early as possible and include the event, date, and the assistance you need. We will make reasonable efforts to help, subject to venue capabilities and availability.

Ongoing Commitment

Accessibility is not a one-time project but an ongoing commitment. We will continue to evaluate and enhance our practices over time. This statement may be updated to reflect our progress and any changes to applicable standards.
