This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all tickets and purchases for Constellation Concerts events and should be read together with our Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Use control.
Except as set out below, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, lost or forgotten tickets, or dissatisfaction with your seat, view, or experience where the event takes place substantially as planned.
Convenience, service, processing, facility, and similar fees are non-refundable even in cases where the face value of a ticket is refunded, except where prohibited by law. Third-party bank, card-issuer, or currency-conversion charges are not within our control and are not refundable by us.
If we cancel an event in its entirety and it is not rescheduled, your sole and exclusive remedy is, at our discretion, a refund of the face value of your ticket or an equivalent credit toward a future event. In no event will our liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the affected ticket. We are not responsible for any related costs, including travel, lodging, transportation, childcare, or other incidental or consequential expenses.
If an event is rescheduled or postponed, your ticket will generally be honored for the new date, and no refund is owed. If we offer a refund window for a rescheduled event, it will be communicated with the reschedule notice and is subject to the deadlines we set. A change of date or time, by itself, does not entitle you to a refund unless we state otherwise.
Artists, performers, lineups, set times, programming, seating, and production elements are subject to change and are not guaranteed. A change in performer, support act, program, or production element is not grounds for a refund, exchange, or credit.
As described in our Terms of Use, we may change, upgrade, downgrade, relocate, or reassign tickets and seats at our sole discretion. If your ticket is upgraded or downgraded, any difference between the amount you paid and the value of your reassigned ticket will be automatically credited back to your original form of payment, and that credit (where applicable) is your sole and exclusive remedy for the change. A reasonably comparable or superior seat is not grounds for a refund.
Consistent with our Terms of Use and Code of Conduct, no refund will be issued where a ticket holder is denied entry to, or removed from, an event, including for:
Complimentary tickets, promotional codes, discounts, and contest prizes have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or cash equivalents. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale or in violation of our Terms of Use may be voided without refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing period, typically several business days after a refund is approved, for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first so we can help. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase. Filing a chargeback in bad faith is a breach of our Terms of Use, and we reserve the right to cancel associated tickets, deny entry, recover costs, and pursue any available remedy.
We are not liable for cancellations, postponements, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including weather, public-health orders, government action, or venue unavailability). In such cases, any remedy will follow Sections 3 and 4 above.
